Siobhain Hayden is managing director and co-founder of Tradeshape. Prior to founding the company, Hayden spent 10 years working for software companies in the financial sector most recently at HelioGraph, now part of the CheckFree corporation. Hayden quickly established HelioGraph's US presence with significant blue chip client implementations resulting in the presence of a sustainable client base which was instrumental to the growth and success of the business. Hayden leads a young and dynamic management team with extensive experience in both growing software companies and servicing the requirements of the global financial services sector.

Ian Moore
Product Director
Ian Moore is responsible for Product Management at Tradeshape, and brings more than 20 years experience in the IT industry. Moore spent over a decade exclusively working in the financial sector. Moore's unique experience in tailoring technology solutions to meet the specific needs of business users has been a key driving force behind Tradeshape's product suite. While working for Deutsche Asset Management Moore gained valuable insight into the issues facing the business users within the middle and back office. At Tradeshape Moore has had the opportunity to design solutions giving due consideration to the latest requirements and challenges faced by today's business users.

Rei Wilkinson
Technical Architect
Rei Wilkinson is technical architect and co-founder of Tradeshape. In this capacity Wilkinson is responsible for strategic technology and product direction utilising the most appropriate technologies available to meet our client's requirements. Wilkinson has over ten years experience in designing and building systems for the financial services sector in London, New York and Sydney, most recently at Bloomberg in London and e-Xchange Advantage in New York. Wilkinson's wealth of experience with trading systems, messaging protocols, and cryptography have enabled Tradeshape to build and offer high quality solutions ideally suited to the financial market.
