Implementation

Implementing new software is an important step in any project. From the project conception, Tradeshape Consultants will work with you to ensure that any transition is as smooth as possible.

We realise that implementation goals are achieved only in a timely manner if all parties understand fully the requirements placed upon them. We will help ensure that necessary resources are identified well in advance so that the implementation date can be achieved.

We have extensive knowledge of full project life cycle and will make sure that all milestones are fully understood.

Advice on testing and training and pre/post live checks will all form part of the implementation plan.

Training

Tradeshape offers client training courses for each product.
* For clients wishing to develop their own applications using TS Integrator or TS Workstation, technical help and training is available.
* For all clients, administrative and end user training will be provided.
Tradeshape would also invite clients to discuss customised training on or around the Tradeshape products, this allows clients to have input into the training offered to their staff and tailored if necessary the training to suit client requirements.
