Once an assessment of exceptions has been made, Tradeshape consultants will advise on both tactical and long term remedies that will show a real improvement in the reduction of exceptions within your organisation, ultimately leading to improved customer service and reduction in headcount for exception processing. Tradeshape can provide an ongoing review service so that progress over a quarterly basis can be measured, or you may choose to retain TS Analysis so that you may perform your own ongoing analysis of exception processing.

A five day program that involves a Tradeshape consultant visiting your site to agree terms of engagement, review of analysis required and report structure needed. A typical engagement will comprise:

* A collection of transaction data into TS Integration Server - generally three months of historic data is required
* Set-up of customer defined reports
* Run TS Analysis to produce reports
* Discuss initial findings
* Fine tune reports
* Deliver final report with recommendations to remedy errors

Examples of the type of information that may be contained in the report includes, but is not restricted to, exceptions broken out by security type, by counter party, cross referenced with time to repair failure, number of failures.
